We design our menus around what's good for your body and exciting for your palate, cooked from scratch and stocked straight into your fridge - (yes: white-glove delivery).
Fueled is served Family Style: everything arrives in its own container, ready to eat. You have full freedom to pick what goes together.

Flex is the same weekly menu, shaped to fit how you eat. Tell the chef your lane (gluten-free, vegetarian, no shellfish, dairy-light, whatever's real for you) and that becomes the frame for the week. The cooking stays the same. The variety stays the same. Everything that arrives just happens to fit the way you actually eat. Flex is the right door for clients with one or two firm preferences who still want the chef holding the wheel.

It starts with a culinary profile: your preferences, your dislikes, your routines, what you're training for, who you're feeding, what your week actually looks like. The menu is designed around all of it, and the chef stays in conversation with you as it evolves. As your goals shift, the food shifts with you. Bespoke is for clients who want their food to feel like it was made for them, because it was.
